This farm was abandoned in the late Middle Ages and its lands became church property. Remains of the walls and Wallen of the old farmstead can still be seen here today in the spruce forest. The Wallen probably once served to enclose a paddock. Below the former farmyard area, traces of hollow paths can be seen in the forest that lead into the Luttmecketal. These are the remains of a former path connection from Brilon to Elleringhausen.
