Geflügelhof Kaufmann has been located in the village of Gelslingen in southern Sauerland, which belongs to Drolshagen, since it was founded in 1993. Since 2009, the farm has been offering its gourmet barn eggs in the Sauerland and Cologne region. In addition to selling on the doorstep, the poultry farm also has a stand at the weekly market in Cologne.
