In the Middle Ages, Haus Hüsten was a castle and knight's seat of various noble families. The current building dates back to the 16th century. The house is currently home to the exhibition of the 'Schützenbruderschaft unter dem hl. Geist von 1345'.
Haus Hüsten is run by the Hüsten shooting fraternity. It is also possible to get married here.
Haus Hüsten is very easy to reach by public transport. Buses stop at the nearby market square, among other places.
