Meschede-Grevenstein. Located right next to the sports field in Grevenstein, the outdoor pool is the perfect place to relax. A 25-meter swimming lane, a heated children’s pool, and spacious sunbathing areas promise a fun day at the pool.
The swimming lane was completely renovated in 2020. It is 25 m long and 10 m wide. The pool depth ranges from 0.90 m in the non-swimmer area to 2.00 m in the swimmer area. The water slide empties into the non-swimmer area.
The children’s pool was completely renovated in 2018. It is L-shaped with shallow water. On one side there are steps, while on the other side the entry into the pool slopes gently. In addition, a sunshade protects young swimmers from strong sunlight.
The“Generationenpark Grevenstein” attracts visitors with many new play and climbing opportunities for children and also features an area centered around sand and water. The Grevenstein outdoor pool also features a beach volleyball court, table tennis tables, and plenty of space for sunbathing—so nothing stands in the way of relaxation.
