We use only high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and work with great attention to detail—and, of course, completely without baking mixes or additives. We make all our sourdoughs in-house: rye, wheat, and spelt sourdough, poolish, and wheat pre-ferment—so we know exactly what goes into our breads.
Most of our products are certified according to strict organic standards and proudly bear the Bioland seal. The result? Bread enjoyment at the highest level—wholesome, aromatic, and simply unmistakable.
