The Immenhof Circle of Friends was founded in 2004 as a non-profit cultural association in Marsberg. One of its aims was to preserve the old pharmacy (built in 1878). The building was used on a voluntary basis as a "House for Culture and Health" with exhibitions, the famous "Christmas antiquarian bookshop", the health program "Well-being at Immenhof" and social work to reintegrate unemployed people into working life.
