Lake Biggesee (also known as the Bigge Dam) is an 8.76 km² reservoir in the Olpe district of North Rhine-Westfalen. The Biggesee, whose dam was built between 1956 and 1965, serves to regulate the Bigge, Lenne, and Ruhr rivers and to supply water to the Ruhrgebiet, among other areas.
