ESTA-Bildungswerk has been training people at every stage of their career and life for over 25 years. As a state-recognized educational institution, we provide new impetus on the job market. With 200 employees in over 20 branches, we are present in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. Thanks to a dynamic, results-oriented consulting and training practice. Philosophy of the ESTA-Bildungswerk
We perceive the people who come to us with their wishes, goals and potential as a whole. In addition to teaching professional skills, we therefore also support participants' personal development. Our aim is to prepare them individually and appropriately for the requirements of the job market and to position them successfully there. The main aim of this process is to develop self-determination and a sense of responsibility. ESTA-Bildungswerk has pursued this basic approach since its foundation.
In terms of content, ESTA-Bildungswerk focuses on the conception and implementation of future-oriented, business-oriented and customer-specific training measures, primarily in the vocational field, as well as on comprehensive coaching and successful placement in work or training. The ESTA-Bildungswerk sees the reduction or avoidance of unemployment as a focal point of its work with its diverse initiatives.

History of the ESTA-Bildungswerk
ESTA-Bildungswerk was founded in 1982 as an independent, non-profit educational institution. In the same year, it was recognized by the Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs as a state educational institution in accordance with the North Rhine-Westphalia Continuing Education Act. The name ESTA is derived from the parent company of the European Citizens Academy (ESTA), which was based in Bocholt until 2008.
