Culture station

Instead of being sidelined, the former station building has once again become the center of public interest. Once the hub of local public transport, it is now a stage for communication and cultural exchange, also known as a socio-cultural meeting place.

This means that at the end of Bahnhofstrasse, a building that shapes the cityscape and serves as a model for others has been resurrected: Station - library - bistro and café - meeting place. So you can enjoy a drink or delicious food in the Kulturbahnhof or on the spacious outdoor area.

Hall of the Kulturbahnhof

Citizens, families, clubs, associations and other social groups can hire the approx. 170 m² hall for cultural, leisure and communication purposes, provided it is not pre-booked for municipal events, as municipal culture has right of way according to the usage regulations.

As a rule, you can book the Kulturbahnhof hall from 12 noon until 12 noon the next day. The hall is equipped with a bar (without taps), tables and chairs and has variable stage elements (for bands, fashion shows, etc.), a flexible partition system with lighting and, of course, modern lighting and sound technology as well as a screen.

Of course, glasses, crockery and cutlery are also provided.
