It is best to park at the Schützenplatz parking lot and reach the playground on foot by walking under the Meinhardus Mattenschanzen. The playground is about 15-20 minutes ' walk away. Alternatively, you can also get there by bus from the town center (e.g. line 80 to the "Im Brannten" stop).
There is a wide range of play facilities on site: slide, sandpit, two swings, climbing frame, rocking horse, seesaw and a bench for accompanying persons. A special highlight is the stream right at the edge of the playground - an ideal place to splash, play and cool off on warm days.
If you want to discover even more, you can complete the excursion with a walk around nearby Badinghagen Castle. The path is also suitable for baby carriages; the castle itself is privately owned and can therefore only be seen from the path.
