The association is based in Warstein-Allagen and is a member of the Sauerland Schützenbund.
The association consists of the North Company, Middle Company and South Company. The companies are intended to promote the activity of the members and establish closer cooperation within the association. Each company has a company commander, a deputy company commander, two flag officers, an ensign and a further officer for deputizing.
