You will find about 12 km of marked and signposted hiking trail in the countryside, which will take you from the noisy city to the silence of the forest and back again in 5-6 hours. The length of the hike depends on how much you want to get into the details. The trail can also be walked in stages, as shortcuts are available. Just follow the white stag!

Ehmsenweg

Der Ehmsenweg verläuft im westlichen Teil des Sauerlands und verbindet dabei mehrere spannende Naturräume: Vom Ruhrtal im Arnsberger Wald durch die Sunderner Wälder und über die Homert hinein ins Hochsauerland und an den südlichen Rand des Lenneberglands und dann schließlich ins Ebbegebirge und weiter bis zum Ziel am Biggesee.
