The Rhein-Weser-Turm is a historic 24-metre-high observation tower on the Westerberg in the Rothaargebirge mountains, which offers visitors an impressive panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The tower was built in the 1930s and is a popular meeting point for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. There is a restaurant on site with a terrace serving regional dishes, coffee and cake, as well as overnight accommodation and rooms for events. Due to its location directly on the Rothaarsteig, the tower is an excellent resting point on longer tours or as a starting point for circular hikes through the Schwarzbachtal and the surrounding forests. Visitors can combine relaxation, views and gastronomy here.
