Kumm rin, the Hofschänke is the special village pub for chatting with young and old. Two landlords are always on tap here on a voluntary basis, without any Lohne, once a month for one evening.

Properties:
The quality of the hospitality is in no way inferior to the usual service of a village pub, as all the landlords and landladies behind the bar receive ongoing training, for example at the brewery's bartending seminar.
Nevertheless, many things are different: the range of drinks is small and fine, the prices are moderate and local delivery services regularly bring individually ordered food, menus or complete buffets to the Kumm rin, for example for club evenings. After deducting all expenses, the annual surplus of the volunteer pub is invested in Ostwig village life.
Occasionally there are event evenings - e.g. with a DJ.

Business hours
During important events organized by Ostwig clubs, the Kumm rin is generally not open, e.g. during the Ostwig shooting festival, forest festival, park singing or the TV club sports festival.
