2024 was a big year for soccer in Germany. The European Championship took place in Germany and the outlook for 2025 is also rosy: Arnd Zeigler is going on tour with his third stage program "Immer Glück ist Können". The new and acclaimed show premiered in September 2024 and the first venues are already sold out this year and next.
The title says it all, because after over 200 live performances, it's fair to say that it's not just luck - there must also be skill involved. We can look forward to another round of pick-packed soccer evenings.
Anyone familiar with the TV show "Zeigler wunderbare Welt des Fußballs" knows what to expect from the live counterpart. Pithy characters, cult sayings and poop goals en masse - a composition by and for soccer. The declared aim remains to get to the bottom of the fascination of soccer. Not so easy, because the commercialization is getting bigger and bigger, the rules more and more opaque and in the end Bayern wins. But soccer is like Darth Vader: there is still a lot of good in it.
