First you start by exploring the surrounding area. Here you will get to know various (wild) herbs. After the herb tour, it's time to try out different preparation methods in the teaching kitchen: wild herb soups, quiches and finger food are just a few examples of what can be conjured up with herbs. And yoghurt mixtures, sandwiches or pestos can also be refined with "wild herbs".
