"The White Night" - Reading with Anne Stern

Anne Stern, who has a degree in history, has often whisked her readers away to Berlin. With historical accuracy and a flair for local color, her novel "Lindy Girls" or the "Fräulein Gold" series, for example, conjure up the capital in the frenzy of the Roaring Twenties.
