What happens when a circus company is on the threshold of modernity and a new ensemble member suddenly appears: a real industrial robot? "Salto Robotale" tells the story of this collision of two worlds: The poetic, agile bodies of the artists and the relentlessly precise mechanics of a robot. Disciplines such as artistry, juggling, partner acrobatics, straps, Chinese pole and aerial artistry are rethought, modified and shifted. Something unique emerges from the resistance: a Cirque Nouveau that translates the aesthetics of street circus, the dynamics of urban movement culture and the precision of a machine into a common vocabulary. The result is a spectacle full of surprises: playful, poetic, humorous and at the same time a technical marvel that challenges all the senses.
