"Storm over Christiansø" - Reading with Michael Kobr

In tiny Christiansø in the middle of the Baltic Sea, it couldn't be more idyllic: a few dozen inhabitants, lots of nature and picturesque fishing huts. Michael Kobr is one of the most successful German authors of recent years. He became famous through his collaboration with Volker Klüpfel, which is legendary and has produced many cult Kluftinger bestsellers, among others. In 2023, the Kempten-born novelist and German scholar launched his first solo crime series, which will be continued this year. At the center of each is the murder investigator from Bornholm, Lennart Ipsen. With the stormy fourth volume of the series, Kobr delivers another installment of the exciting Bornholm crime novels. This year, he is also one of the authors for the new "Mord am Hellweg" anthology. For his exclusive short story, which he will present in the second part of the evening, he was already on a secret mission in Bad Sassendorf at the end of January.
