Why SBSV?
Because social conditions are like this and our everyday lives require empowered women of all ages. Women experience bullying and situations in which they are threatened on a daily basis. Women are increasingly becoming victims of harassment online, especially through social media. Love scamming, tricksters, grandchild scams... Violence against senior women is highly taboo, but occurs frequently.
This course teaches women how to defend themselves, both verbally and physically. Participating women learn to assess their chances correctly and to defend themselves with simple resources and techniques, especially with words and body language.
