The approximately three-hour guided tours take locals and guests on an entertaining journey through the eventful pub history of the Hanseatic town of Attendorn. Passing former cult pubs, legendary meeting places and pubs that are still lively today, Sven Bonacker tells of the importance of pub culture for the social life of the town with plenty of charm, exciting anecdotes and historical background. And the social part of the tour is not neglected either: three stops are made during the tour to raise a glass.
"The great response to the previous tours shows how important the traditional pubs were and still are for Attendorn as places of encounter and living city history. With the new dates in the first half of 2026, we want to give even more people the opportunity to experience this special side of our city," says Kristin Meyer, Head of the Office for Economic Development, City Marketing and Tourism.
The tours start at 5 p.m. at the portal in front of Attendorn Town Hall. The ticket price of 25 euros per person includes three drinks (beer, wine or non-alcoholic) and a hearty snack afterwards.
Tickets for the first half of the year are available from the Attendorn Tourist Information Office and online at Ticket Sales / Attendorn Town Council. The number of participants is limited, so early booking is recommended. If you would like to experience the pub crawl as a group, you can request further dates from the Tourist Information team (Tel. 02722 6574146, tourismus@attendorn.org).
