Morning dew hike on the Diemelsee

Why wander far away when good things are so close. Hiking in the Sauerland is a dream, especially in the early morning. Imagine this moment in the early hours of the morning, just before the soft light of dawn begins to drive away the stars. Let's experience the Diemelsee together on a morning dew walk. We listen to the language of the birds, nature, the awakening morning with all its voices and sounds.

We recharge our batteries on this day. Being in nature, in the here and now and feeling at one with everything. We hike through charming landscapes and enjoy wonderful views far into the countryside.
We start at the Schützenhalle in Helminghausen, where there are plenty of parking spaces. We hike through the Diemel valley to the barrier wall of Lake Diemel. Then along the shore and uphill to the Eisenberg to experience spectacular views of the Diemelsee Nature Park. We enjoy the smell of earth and forest, feel the wind on our skin and take in the colors of the morning.

We will round off all our experiences with a delicious breakfast in the family-run inn "Zum Diemeltal" in a cozy atmosphere.
