"Humor is our seriousness" - a motto that could hardly be more topical.
Because anyone who looks at the political upheavals of our time knows:
Between populism, disenchantment with politics, disinformation and
crisis mode, there is often only one antidote - sharp, well-dosed
humor.
Whether it's about "alternative facts", permanent crises in the Bundestag,
political shell games à la "Who lost responsibility this time
?" or the satirical highlights of the European election campaign - with
wit, satire and social criticism, the Stichlinge take aim at current
political and social developments - always with a fair,
subtle edge.
What once began as a local provocation developed its radius without
losing sight of its commitment to social initiatives.
