Back to the 2000s with rock, pop & rap
For fans of handmade live music, the band re:covery brings the favorites of the 2000s from rock, pop and rap back to the stage. This evening will bring back memories: Evanescence, blink-182 and Shakira had top hits, 160-character text messages were sent and people waited for the next Linkin Park music video on Viva. And that wasn't all: the classics by Rage Against, The Machine, Bon Jovi, Blondie, Dua Lipa, Nina Chuba, Bilderbuch and Kraftklub evoked a sense of nostalgia, diversity and pushing boundaries. Technically, the internet and WAM-enabled cell phones were on everyone's lips and so this decade was seen as a time when "anything went". The music was also unmistakable and had a "cool" and "trashy" character. This is exactly how the band re:covery presents itself and is unmistakably characterized by this style in combination with a strong band feeling. Every fan of the 2000s will experience a top performance with lots of fun and passion on the fifth evening of the Menden Summer.
