Young musicians like Maik Krahl, 33 and a trumpeter, are hard to find anywhere in the world. The original, savvy and multi-faceted musician doesn't need popular show effects to lure his audience out of their shells. Because he is in the in-between flow. No wonder, when he was taught by such top-class teachers as Till Brönner and Ryan Carniaux during his studies in Dresden and Essen. Nevertheless, Krahl does not copy any of his role models, who rave about their highly talented pupil. Till Brönner: "Maik Krahl is one of the greatest for me.
