Being constantly available is a thing of the past. Lennart Schilgen, music cabaret artist from Berlin, is back with his third program - and shines through his absence. When he's not giving concerts and winning cabaret awards (Prix Pantheon and others), he does one thing above all: he gets away. Then it's off on a bike tour, to a monastery or to a communist summer camp.
The result is songs about the detours and detours in the world and in his own head. Fortunately, Schilgen leads us safely over every abyss - carried by his accomplished piano and guitar playing, his voice and his alert mind. Cabaret with heart, humour and sly punchlines.
