An African Christmas musical with lots of music and over a hundred children and young people.
Who is the true Immanuel? This question occupies and worries the animals of the savannah - triggered by the biblical Christmas message Isaiah 7, verse 14, found by the little warthog Ngiri on a sheet of paper smelling of man and read out by the spectacled snake Miwani.
The baobab tree Mbuyu, who was already there at the birth of Jesus, tries to help the animals solve the problem. But maybe the donkey Muhimu has the right answer?
Until the matter is finally resolved, the animals decide to celebrate the birth of every child - because every child is a miracle...
Elephants, lions, giraffes, snakes, monkeys and colorful birds move to the rhythm of the rousing music against a dreamlike backdrop.
Over a hundred children and young people from Veronika te Reh's choirs sing and dance in beautiful costumes from the tried and tested "Monday Workshop", with animal heads by Balinese artist Ayuda.

The School for Music in the District of Warendorf has already performed "The Little Witch" and "Schenkt man sich Rosen in Tirol" at the Stadttheater.
