Public guided tour of the grounds of Abtei Königsmünster Meschede.


On Saturdays, the monks offer public guided tours of the abbey grounds and talk about their monastic life. They provide information about the life and work of the Benedictines at Abtei Königsmünster.
The meeting point is in the square in front of the abbey church. Registration is not necessary.

After the tour, you can enjoy the stew buffet from the abbey kitchen in the abbey restaurant and our pastry chef's cake and fruit cake buffet awaits you until 5.30 pm.

In the abbey store you will find a varied, carefully selected range of books, cards, candles - and of course products from our bakery, patisserie, abbey kitchen, smithy and carpentry.

Directions

Parking spaces available at the Abtei Königsmünster. Public transportation: Travel to Meschede train station. From here it is approx. 800 m on foot to the abbey. Alternatively, you can take the city bus line C1 to the "Pulverturm" stop every hour.
