The ensemble performs works from the Renaissance, Baroque and modern periods on instruments ranging from soprano to sub-bass recorder. The audience is immersed in the melodious and versatile world of a recorder ensemble, in which the low recorders are reminiscent of the sound of an organ.
The stylistic range is evident in pieces originally intended for a 10-part vocal ensemble (Stabat Mater by D. Scarlatti) or the "jazzy swinging" recorder ensemble piece "Ixi-Mixi-Dixi". Different sound spaces are created when the warm tones of the recorders produce colorful spatial sounds in the Drüggelt chapel.
