To do this, you climb over the compost heap, examine field paths and roam the large garden with the chickens. Nadine will explain where the wild delicacies grow and what you should bear in mind when harvesting them. Then it's off to the herb kitchen, which is located in a former greenhouse. There you will prepare a 4-course meal together using the wild herbs. To top it all off, you will bravely taste your way through the green delicacies.
