Breathwork is an effective method for self-regulation, self-exploration and personal development. Stress resilience, clarity and performance are particularly important nowadays. This practice-oriented course explains how the breath can be used specifically to reduce stress and strengthen emotional balance. In addition to introducing various breathwork techniques, the role of the breath in the nervous system and in stress regulation will be highlighted. Breathing exercises to strengthen focus, energy and inner calm and their integration into everyday life will be demonstrated.
