The approximately 75 dairy cows, 15 mother cows and 80 young cattle of Hof Stracke spend most of the summer and fall in the meadow and are fed only traditional fodder crops completely without genetic engineering. Also the one or other massage let the cows feel good all around.
The milk produced is mainly sold to Landliebe. The meat can also be bought directly from the farm in meat packages of 20kg or more on request. If you are interested, please contact the farm by phone 02762986380 or by mail to web@hof-stracke.de.
A meat package is composed of the following meats:
- - 35% roast beef
- - 23% minced meat
- - 7% steaks and roulades
- - 10% goulash
- - 15% soup meat
- - 10% soup bones
