Adrenaline junkies watch out! The Astenkick is the second longest megazipline in Europe: a double rope slide in which you fly down into the valley alone or in pairs, side by side, at over 70 km/h. Pure action for mountain bike fans is offered by the six trails of the MTB ZONE Bikepark Willingen. A whopping 13 kilometers of riding fun on narrow trails can be explored here and offer plenty of variety for both beginners and advanced riders. Whether freeride, downhill or pump track - every type of rider gets their money's worth here. The action experience is rounded off by the fantastic Willingen high heath landscape.

The amusement park in the Bestwig district of Wasserfall offers a unique combination of adventure and recreation with extraordinary rides in a picturesque mountain landscape.
Only flying is more beautiful than a ride on the Herrloh Blitz in Winterberg. Pure adrenaline rushes to the blood on the 600-meter ride through eight curves. For when recreational pilots whiz downhill on a track hairpin over green meadows, the feeling of speed and gravity is even more intense. Thanks to tight radii, riders lean heavily into the curves and, safely strapped into the car, let the wind whip around their ears. By means of brakes, everyone determines their own speed and so the ride becomes fun for the whole family.

Zorbingball is the name of the new and action-packed leisure activity in which two people at once roll down a slope or even on a flat track inside an inflatable, transparent, double-hulled ball. The so-called Zorbing takes place on "the green meadow" and is fun for the whole family. You can experience the action around Kierspe in the leisure region "Oben an der Volme".
