Bike Arena Tour No. 34

From Eslohe, the route first runs along the Esselbach stream and later up to Niederlandenbeck. The gentle ascent is no problem and runs along a quiet farm track. We continue through the forest towards Landenbecker Bruch and then descend steeply to Arpe. Before that, we can enjoy the great view of the Hochsauerland.

The route continues slightly downhill in the Wenne valley via Niederberndorf, Menkhausen and Lochtrop to Frielinghausen. From Bremke, it is only a stone's throw via Sallinghausen back to Eslohe. The tour leads almost exclusively on asphalt, partly on country roads.
