A beautiful therapeutic climate trail offering varied views of the cultural landscape around Winterberg.

Directions

We start at the Kuhlenbergloipe parking lot and follow the signs, turning left twice onto the farm road, which leads us into the forest after about 800 m. Once we reach the junction, we turn left and hike uphill past sparse stands of trees and the view into the Voßmecketal valley until we reach the Kuhlenbergstern. There, we can take a short break at the shelter. We continue on level ground, with a view of the Silbach diabase quarry on our right, back through the forest to the starting point.
