The club is based in Warstein-Allagen and is a member of the Sauerland Rifle Association.
The club consists of the North Company, the Central Company, and the South Company. The companies are intended to encourage member participation and foster closer cooperation within the club. Each company appoints a company commander, a deputy company commander, two standard-bearers, an ensign, and an additional officer to serve as a substitute.
