The former Truß barn was renovated in 1997/98 in cooperation with the municipality and the village beautification association. The Haine local history museum displays objects relating to life and work between 1910 and 1940. The weaving group, part of the Haine village life association, works in the local history museum with a serviceable loom. Weaving demonstrations are possible by prior arrangement.

Please note: The premises of the Haine local history museum are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are therefore not
barrier-free!
