The hiking parking lot is located directly on the K26, at the entrance to Milchenbach. The "golden village" is located in the upper Lenne valley at the foot of the Härdler, approx. 2 km from the B236 and was awarded the gold medal at national level in the "Our village should become more beautiful - Our village has a future" competition in 1989 and 2001.

The premium hiking trail "Rothaarsteig", the path of the senses, is very close to Milchenbach, and from the parking lot you can directly access the "Path of the Senses" (sign R on a yellow background). Other hiking trails such as the M1, M2, M6, A1, A2, A3, A4 invite you to enjoy the hiking experience.
