The humidity level of 50–60% facilitates rapid absorption of the salt-rich air. Each session lasts 45 minutes and always begins on the hour. You enter the salt cave in your own clothes and are provided only with shoe covers to ensure the salt remains consistently pure.
In our salt cave, we also offer a solar mist treatment in a separate area. This involves an artificially created marine climate based on the healing effects of salt mist, which have been known for centuries. This is like an intensive treatment and is particularly effective for colds, respiratory and skin conditions, as well as allergies. The session lasts approximately 15–20 minutes.
