The Langscheid spa park is located above Lake Sorpesee. You can enter the spa park from the lake next to the Hotel Seegarten or from above via Hakenbrinkweg. The view of the lake from here is beautiful.
In May 2018, a “multi-generational fitness trail” was created in the spa park at Lake Sorpe. This is a project funded by the European Union, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, and Sorpesee GmbH. Based on a sports science concept, various exercise stations are being installed in the Langscheid Spa Park.
Enjoy 44 exercise stations designed to build strength, agility, and endurance—all while taking in the view of Sorpesee and breathing in the fresh air.
You can also walk through the spa park to reach the Haus des Gastes, which features a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna, and a tourist information center.
