The trail has several stations that aim to provide suggestions on how you can do something for your physical and mental health in nature. Landscape therapy is part of the so-called "new nature therapies" and as such is very well suited to having a preventative effect on physical and mental health.
The landscape therapy trail takes you from station to station. However, you are not bound to the prescribed route. You can just as easily find your own way or just visit individual stations. Or visit the stations that are particularly good for you again and again!

You will now come across one of the Möhnequelle springs. Close your eyes and concentrate fully on the sound of the water. Block out all other perceptions. Can you hear the different sounds that the water makes? Do you recognize a melody? Listen to this melody for a while. What does it remind you of? What memories does the melody of the water trigger? Stay with this memory for a while. Imagine that your life is a river or a stream. Then follow the course of the water to its source. What stations do you encounter? Do you have memories of these stations? Perhaps you experience the babbling of a stream in a green meadow. Are there any animals or fish nearby? Who are you walking with? At some point you will come to the spring. Take a close look! What feelings does the spring trigger in you? What do your sources consist of? What gives you strength? What does "being in the flow" mean to you? Stay for a moment. Then open your eyes and take the impressions with you on your further journey.
