The hiking map describes the six hiking trails in Welver. This is where the “Quer-Feld-Land” route begins, and it’s also the starting point for the marathon route that winds through the entire municipal area.
The parking lot is located right at the entrance to the old monastery village of Kirchwelver. In addition to many idyllic spots, you can see the two churches, the old monastery building, and the Heimathaus here.
