Kappe Express - Erlebnisberg Kappe

The Kappe Express commutes several times a day between Winterberg's market square and the Kappe adventure mountain, passing by the town's various sights. Guests have the option of taking a round trip or stopping off at the Kappe adventure mountain to take advantage of the attractions there. There are several stops along the route.

The train sets off at a leisurely pace. There is plenty to see and discover on the leisurely journey through the streets of Winterberg. The large panoramic windows guarantee a clear field of vision for every passenger. Young and old alike can watch the hustle and bustle of the town. The train itself is just as eye-catching when it is on the move in Winterberg with its bright red color.

The journey takes you past the various sights of the town and German and Dutch announcements provide guests with lots of interesting background information. The round trip takes about 45 minutes and the driver of the train takes the guests safely from one place to another and is the right contact person for all questions and problems. With the exception of the single ticket, the tickets are day tickets. This means that passengers can get on and off the train at any time. A total of 48 seats are available and the Kappe Express runs daily from around April to October.
