The Imberg hiking parking lot is located in the Affeln district.
The Sauerland-Höhenflug long-distance hiking trail and the Affeln Circular Trail (AR1), which is just under 22 km long, start right at the parking lot. From here, you can also set out on shorter hikes or walks. There are three circular hiking trails (A-trails) to choose from, ranging in length from 1.8 km to 3.2 km to 6 km. The well-maintained Way of the Cross, featuring bronze plaques set into stone, is also highly recommended.
A hiking information board provided by the Sauerland Rothaargebirge Nature Park (formerly Homert) offers guidance.

The facility belongs to the Sauerland Rothaargebirge Nature Park Association (Naturpark Sauerland Rothaargebirge e.V.) and is maintained and cared for by the association.
