In addition to a soccer field, the public sports field in Bestwig now also features an outdoor fitness trail with 10 high-quality fitness stations, each equipped with information signs explaining how to use them. Right next to it is a 400-meter-long Finn track. The track is covered with wood chips, making it possible for everyone to run on a soft surface that is easy on the joints.

The running group at Tus Velmede Bestwig offers regular meetups for participants to use the Finn track and fitness circuit together.
