Properties:
The distillery has been run within the family since 1787, together with the farm and restaurant. Originally, the farm was a post station on the royal Prussian Brandenburg - Kleve line. The founders recognized the advantageous location of the Soest Börde with its fertile soils early on.
The initially limited technical aids and the simple production processes were constantly improved over time and adapted to the taste sensibilities.
This led to today's business with its variety of specialties.
