The almost 4 km long climb up the Hoher Eimberg starts at the Ausiedlerhäusern between Willingen and Brilon-Wald (505m).
The actual ascent is a stick section. It goes straight onto the small chainring and you stay there. The surface is gravel, so the route is not affected by the weather.
The torture up to the summit of the Hoher Eimberg (800 m) should not only be worth it for the time trial ranking, no, beautiful trails start at the top. It's up to you whether you then do Tour 30 to Diemelsee, continue on the Willingen Trail Quartet Tour No. 45 or tackle Brilon Trail Tour No. 33.
The climb is integrated into the Bike Arena Tour No. 45 and Tour No. 33. You can integrate this section of the route into the tour, which of course means that there can be no best times. For this reason, we recommend taking the 3.35 km slightly downhill main road from Willingen train station and then entering the mountain at the Schellhorn parking lot.
