The ferry service takes you from one shore of the lake to the other, shortening the route around the lake by approximately 20 km. We also transport you and your bicycles, both in and out of season, by appointment. Ferry service with e-bike and SUP rentals. Morning dew tours in the national park and evening sunset tours for groups by advance reservation.

As is the case every year, the water level of Lake Eder isn’t always deep enough for boating. When the water level reaches 222.50 meters above sea level, navigability for ferry service becomes critical; please check in advance by phone with the ferry service or via the Edersee Ferry website. https://edersee-faehre.de/
