The Werdohl Town Museum is a local history museum. It was opened on April 30, 1989 in a building in Goethestraße. In 2003, the museum was renovated and redesigned. The museum was reopened in February 2004. In October 2013, the museum was reopened in the Werdohl railroad station building before the old building was demolished in 2015.

Exhibitions and lectures are held at regular intervals. Further information can be found on the website of the Werdohl Heritage and History Association.


Business hours

Every second Sunday of the month from 14:00 - 16:00.

Private guided tours are also available outside opening hours. Just get in touch with us.
