At the Caritas day care center “Atempause,” older adults and those in need of assistance can find a home away from home, enjoy a familiar and cozy atmosphere, and make new friends. Since 2014, the “Atempause” day care center has been helping seniors and people in need make their daily lives easier and has stood by them as a partner in life. In our spacious, bright, and welcoming common areas and relaxation rooms, a kitchen-dining area, and a small garden, we have room for 20 guests.
You can be our guest daily or on specific weekdays and will be cared for by qualified professionals. Our trained staff recognize and nurture our guests’ abilities to enhance their well-being. We want to enrich your day and help ensure that, at the end of the day, you return home feeling refreshed and looking forward to your next visit with us. It is very important to us to relieve the burden on family caregivers and ensure the care of those in their care.
An overview of our day care services:
Transportation service: Upon request, we also provide round-trip transportation for wheelchair users.
Three hearty meals a day.
Group activities, outings, walks, and celebrations.
Holy Masses and services of the Word.
Social therapy programs such as gymnastics, memory training, music therapy, baking, and cooking.
Geriatric psychiatric care provided by trained professionals.
Individualized nursing and medical care.
